If you have any problems with your battery during the warranty period, please contact our customer service center for a free replacement, or we can provide you with a link to Amazon to purchase the battery yourself, and VERPAL will reimburse you for the cost of this replacement purchase. -

The average lifespan of our batteries is 12 to 18 months, depending on usage, care, and maintenance. Proper maintenance can significantly extend battery life. -
Charging Instructions
- Always use the charger provided with the device.
- Fully charge before first use and for subsequent uses.
- Avoid overcharging; disconnect the charger once fully charged.
