🎭 Mask & Sleeve Wearing Instructions
How do I put on the mask and sleeves?
You should not use any foreign substances (like powders) to help put on the mask. Such products only create a mess and form a barrier between your skin and the silicone, preventing natural expression movement.
For the mask: insert your hands deeply inside the mask, with your knuckles against the cheeks and palms facing each other. Lift the mask toward your head, tilting your head slightly downward to meet it. Flip the bib inside out and place the back of your head against the back of the mask (with the flipped bib). Once it grips the back of your head, use your hands (still inside the mask at the cheeks) to stretch the mask outward and downward. Guide the mask down onto your face. Do not remove your hands until the mask’s chin meets your own chin. Never pull the mask down by the bib, jaw, or mouth area. After the mask is on, you can adjust it by massaging the top of the head forward and backward.
For the sleeves: a lubricant can be used. We strongly recommend 91% or higher isopropyl alcohol. Spray a small amount onto each sleeve with a spray bottle, and your hands will slide in easily. The alcohol evaporates quickly. To remove, roll the sleeve down to the wrist (like removing socks), then grip the wrist area and slide the mask off your hand.

Will the mask fit my head?
Our standard size fits head circumferences 21¾–25 inches (≈55–63.5 cm) and necks up to 18 inches (≈45 cm).
What about female sizes?
Female masks are designed for smaller head shapes, fitting 20–23 inches (≈51–58 cm) with a maximum neck circumference of 15 inches (≈38 cm).
Do you have masks for larger heads?
Yes! Our XL series fits head circumferences 25–29 inches (≈63.5–74 cm) with necks up to 22 inches (≈56 cm).

Can I customize a mask?
Yes, most masks can be customized with special paint jobs for a small additional fee.
Can you create a unique, one-of-a-kind character?
Absolutely—we accept custom design and production requests.
Will you release more characters in the future?
Yes, we are continually expanding our character library to give customers more options.
😮 Expression & Coverage
Does the mask cover the mouth?
When resting, the mask fully covers the wearer’s mouth. When opening the mouth, most of it remains covered. For best realism, keep your lips over your teeth and optionally use concealer in visible areas.
Does it fit better than other brands?

🛠 Care & Repair
How long will my mask last?
Silicone itself is chemically and physically stable for over 20 years. With normal use and proper care, your mask will last for many years.
How do I repair damage?
We recommend Silpoxy adhesive by Smooth-On for quick and strong repairs.
How should I store my mask?
It can be displayed on a stand or stored flat in a plastic bag at room temperature.
How should I clean it?
Baby wipes
Isopropyl alcohol spray + paper towel
Warm water with mild dish soap
